Chena Lake Recreation Area's swim lake is one of the few Interior spots where the water gets warm enough for kids to play for hours. The enclosed swim lake has a large sandy beach, and the park offers camping, pavilions, and boat rentals. It is Fairbanks' favorite summer weekend escape.
