About this swimming hole
An El Dorado Irrigation District reservoir with a roped swim area at Sly Park Recreation Area and a trail circling the shoreline. Campgrounds, boat ramps, and picnic sites surround the lake. It is one of the most developed — and warmest — lake swims off Highway 50.
