Rock Falls is Louisiana's tallest waterfall at about 17 feet, dropping down a rock face in the J.C. 'Sonny' Gilbert Wildlife Management Area near Sicily Island. The tiered cascade pours into a creek pool good for a refreshing dip after the 0.7-mile Rock Falls Trail. A Wild Louisiana Stamp (or hunting/fishing license) plus a self-clearing permit are required to hike here.
