About this swimming hole
A 120-foot waterfall on Mingo Creek just outside Great Smoky Mountains National Park, reached by climbing 161 steps to a viewing bridge. The deep pool at the base is a popular cool-off spot, fed by cold mountain water year-round. It is one of the tallest and most visited waterfall swims near Cherokee.
