About this swimming hole
A high-elevation reservoir on the Kolob Terrace above Zion, ringed by aspen forest at 8,100 feet. Swimming is allowed from the shore but the water is very cold, so it is mostly a quick plunge after camping or fishing. Much of the shoreline is public and free; the drive up through Zion's west side is half the draw.
