About this swimming hole

A Town of East Lyme park in Niantic built around a roughly 40-foot bluff between two white-sand beaches on Niantic Bay. McCook beach, west of the point, has a swimming raft, and Hole-in-the-Wall beach lies to the east; both are served by the same pass system. The bluff top holds a picnic pavilion, bandshell and playground, and the Niantic Bay Boardwalk starts nearby.
