Gouldsboro Lake straddles the Monroe-Wayne County line inside Gouldsboro and Tobyhanna State Parks. The sand beach opens late May through mid-September, 8:00 A.M. to sunset, for swimming at your own risk. The quieter Gouldsboro side tends to draw fewer crowds than the Tobyhanna beach.
