Palmyra Township Public Beach is the only designated public swimming beach on 5,700-acre Lake Wallenpaupack. Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, daily roughly 11 AM to 5 PM weather permitting, it has a sandy swim area, picnic tables and grills, volleyball courts, restrooms, and a snack bar. Swimming is at your own risk, and admission is charged for adults and children ages 2-12.
