DCNR's own trail guide calls the three major waterfalls of Rock Run 'popular swimming and wading destinations in the hot days of summer.' Spring-fed water rushes through a sandstone gorge in the McIntyre Wild Area, forming emerald pools at Lower, Middle, and Upper Falls. Access is via gravel Rock Run Road, with small parking lots at each falls; the Lower Falls pool sits at 41.50597, -76.93645.
